Holiday Gift Guide - $20 & Under

My first semester of my freshman year at college is over and I am floored at how fast it went by. It made me realize that I need to make more time to enjoy spending time with friends and having fun because time goes by too fast.

Now that I'm done with exams, I'm packing to go home, watching the Mindy Project all day, going out for ice-cream with my sister, and probably watching a good movie later tonight.

In addition to all that, I wanted to get a blog post up now that I am officially free of all my studying duties. Since Christmas is right around the corner, I figured I would compile a quick holiday gift guide with options for almost everyone on your list. All items are $20 or less and available online.

For the Shopaholic:

UO Gift Card
A gift card to someone's favorite online shopping site is always a good way to go for gifting, and E-gift cards are a great option for friends and family who live out of town. Choosing a website like Urban Outfitters is great because they have plenty of options from clothing to apartment items and beauty and skincare that will work for anyone on your list.

For the Beauty Guru:

Kat Von D Bow N Arrow Set - $20
This mini set of Kat Von D's black Ink Liner and matte, nude Everlasting Liquid Lipstick is the perfect gift for on-the-go girls who love makeup.

NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream Set - $12
This NYX set is not only affordable, but it has great lip cream colors that are perfect for the holiday season.

For the Skincare Junkie:

Mario Badescu Face Masks - $18
Face Masks are the perfect gift for your skincare obsessed friend, and Mario Badescu products are a great option because this brand is known for working well with all different skin types. Sheet masks are another affordable skin care option that make for great stocking stuffers.

For the Foodie:

Mini Waffle Maker - $18
This mini appliance is the perfect gift for someone who loves cooking, and the way I see it, giving someone a waffle maker means more waffles for me too, so this is something I actually already ordered for someone on my list!

For the Bookworm:

Books are personally my favorite kind of gift to receive. There are so many options online, you can literally find a book for every type of person on your list. This Bowie A to Z book is not only great for a music lover, but it makes for a great coffee table book as well. If you're not sure what to get for the Non-Fiction reader on your list, just check out the NY Times Bestseller list. The Underground Railroad is just one of many books on there that will make for a great gift and read.

For the Music or Tech Enthusiast:

Wireless Earbud Headphones - $18
These days, buying headphones can be a tricky purchase because if you're not sure what phone or phone model someone has, then this gift would usually be out of the question. However, wireless headphones are a solution to this issue as their built-in bluetooth will work with anyone's phone.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to everybody!
