A Blazer For Brunch

Everyone loves a good Sunday brunch but not everyone knows what to wear. My go-to is always a blazer. Yes I, myself fell in love with the blazer bandwagon. It aimlessly captures the look you are going for and easily can be dressed up or down. Brunch is the perfect in-between event where you might not want to be completely dolled up, but not too casual as well. The perfect answer to this problem: a blazer.

What I love most about blazers are how minimalistic and simple it is to style. Wanna look like a boss woman? Check. Wanna look like you have your life together? Double check. Of course, if you are someone who is into more of the casual style, the chunky sneaker trend paired with an oversized blazer is the way to go.

Now every summer must have is that one heel that goes with almost every outfit. It is your safety. What you know you can go to if all else fails. Mine is my Forte strappy heels by my all-time favorite shoe brand, Via Spiga. Not only are they comfy, but they are so beautiful to look at. I chose these shoes because it matches my staple, gold earrings, tying the whole outfit together.

Another fun accessory for the summer are sunglasses! Especially with different frames. My summer favorites are round, or small frames! They give you the automatic chic card.

Of course, I had to add my beloved, vintage Gucci belt to seal the deal. I am all for the Gucci belts but I will admit I am bored and tired of the same Double G belt every girl owns, which is why I got mine second handed from Etsy. Not only helping the environment AND saving money but being authentic and different.

Hopefully, the blazer trend never dies because the masculinity and feminine twist is too immaculate to get rid of. There are so many different ways to style a blazer, so simply have fun with it and make it your own.

Tip: Belting a blazer accentuates the waist and gives you
more shape.
