Best Street Style Moments from the Victoria's Secret Casting

By: India Roby

The streets of New York City seem to be crawling with more models than usual this week as the Victoria Secret Fashion Show castings have begun. Victoria’s Secret is known for their playful yet sexy lingerie, and the public patiently await for any clues as to what possible themes for the show could be.

Callbacks for the show have already been announced with models including Alanna Arrington, Barbara Palvin, Yasmin Wijnaldum, and many more already on the list. Although there are no official dates as of yet, this year’s fashion show will be held in New York City. In addition to buzz for the show itself, the models’ streetwear has been all the talk online. Here are some of the best looks from this year’s castings.

Mckenna Hellam is all smiles at her first Victoria's Secret casting. She paired a snake print crisscrossed bralette with white zipper pants and white boots, making her legs appear even longer than they already are. One aspect that I love is how she wears lighter colors, making her stand out among the others.

Brittany Noon looks flawless and ethereal in her white tied buttoned-down shirt and military green skort, which definitely complements her tan complexion. She tied the look together with silver jewelry to keep the outfit simple and clean.

I-Hua Wu's bold, all-black look is one of my favorites from this year's VS streetwear. Wu accessorized her black attire with a four-pocketed-fanny pack, a statement choker collar, and black zipper boots. To top it off, her short bob gives her an even edgier look.

Riley Montana looks incredible in a very casual yet fierce black bralette and denim jean combo, paired with classic black stilettos. Riley keeps the outfit simple so that her stunning, dark complexion can be the focus of the entire look.

Jordan Rand gives the VSFS casting a little spice this time around, riding to the casting on a Ducatti bike sporting a faux leather bustier and short set paired with thigh-high boots and a Gucci belt. This look is by far my favorite!

Last but not least, Josie Canseco and Charlotte D'alessia effortlessly pulled off the"buckle" look.  I love how Charlotte keeps her outfit cropped, with her pink bandana top complimenting her frayed denim jeans. Her belt gives her sweet look an edgy twist. Josie's white pants with the buckles are my favorite garment I have seen by far. I love how she makes her pants standout by keeping her top simple and cropped.
