The Best Street Style Looks from Lagos Fashion Week

The biggest fashion event in the Lagos is here again and with the arrival of the pan-African fashion show comes stylish and trendy looks from fashionistas coming from all over the world.

The streets of Lagos are filled with fashion connoisseurs from all over the African continent as well as the global fashion industry. Models, stylists, designers, influencers, buyers, fashion press and every one's favourite celebrities were in attendance to show off their style. Here are some of our favorite street style looks from Lagos Fashion Week:

Tejiri looked camera ready with her yellow co-ord set with a cute red mini tote bag and a black beret at the Lagos Fashion Week tents, Oniru, Victoria Island. 

The actor, presenter, fashion consultant and all round style star looks amazing and unique in a Rhobes Clothing Co blue suit. The best part of his look is the durag accessory, of course.

Akin is a sight for sore eyes in his Emmy Kasbit look. Emmy Kasbit, a fashion focus 2017 alumni for Heineken Lagos Fashion Week, embodies this year's theme; Shaping Fashion's Future. 

Mimi, a correspondent for this year's Heineken Lagos Fashion Week, did not disappoint in her Lanre Da Silva Ajayi dress. She stunned through out the 4-day event.


The founder of the womenswear brand Leyi Ush showed up to Lagos Fashion Week in a yellow dress with faux fur sleeves from The Muse Factory. Paired with a black clutch, gloves and netted veil, she looks amazing.

Angel looks picture perfect in her African print top by Tribal N and palazzo pants by Rekana clothing. No stranger to unique looks, she outdoes herself with this daring and stylish combination of denim and prints. 

This lifestyle blogger opted for a yellow suit with a patterned print from Mister Wow perfectly paired with white sneakers and sunglasses. 

Ernest looked unique in a pink oversized blazer and shorts by Jermaine Bleu. The Ghanaian style blogger stunned in his custom made look by the Ghanaian designer who made his debut at Lagos Fashion Week as a Fashion Focus finalist. 

The model rocked this unique and edgy look before showing her catwalking skills on the runway.

The lifestyle blogger and fashion writer opted for a white crop top with dark brown high waisted striped pants perfectly paired with tan heels.

The fashion stylist for the Odio Mimonet collection at Heineken Lagos Fashion Week looked ultra chic in a royal blue blouse and metallic gold skirt.

This fashionable crew of creatives looked dashing in their co-ord set from R.A.D. Outfitters 

Nwobu looked effortlessly stylish before getting on the runway while rocking a yellow crop top and white pants with a red bag and mules.   

The producer and television host stunned in her Ituen Basi pattern printed jacket and Temple Muse striped jumpsuit. The combination of the different printed patterns looks chic and modern.
