Blair Waldorf (Gossip Girl)
The iconic Upper East Side queen is known for her taste and knowledge in fashion. Blair managed to show her personality in every outfit while maintaining a classy and colorful look. The television-style icon set trends such as headbands, which she wore every day to school, tights she wore under her school uniform, and mixed patterns and prints.

Zoey’s fashion sense is very different from the average college student, as she wears items such as overalls, blazers, and corsets. Zoey even incorporates fashion into her hairstyles with accessories in her hair that go with her outfits.
